1. INITIAL CONTACT
Reach out to us through your preferred channel:
Social Media: Send us a DM on our social media pages.
Website: Fill out our Booking form or use the live chat option on the right side of your screen.
Word-of-Mouth: Let us know how you heard about us and provide your contact information.
2. UNDERSTANDING YOUR NEEDS
Discuss the service you're interested in and answer any questions we have.
We'll send you a brief service-specific form to gather more details about your project and goals.
3. SCHEDULING A MEETING
Choose a convenient time for a virtual meeting using the appointment slot options provided in the form.
We'll use Google Meet for the meeting.
4. VIRTUAL MEETING & COLLABORATION
We'll recap the information from the form and discuss your project in detail.
Ask any questions you have and feel free to share your vision and expectations.
5. MOVING FORWARD
If you decide to work with us, we'll send you a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) outlining the project scope, timelines, and fees.
Upon signing the MOU, you'll receive an invoice for the agreed-upon service.
6. SUBSCRIPTIONS (Optional)
For subscription-based services, you'll fill out a separate subscription form and receive monthly invoices.
7. FEEDBACK & CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT
After completion, we'll kindly ask you to share your experience through a Trustpilot review.
