This policy applies to digital products purchased directly from KOAT Agency, the trading name of KEIJZER OF ALL TRADES AGENCY, including:
Custom services, consulting, subscriptions and ongoing software services are subject to the terms of their respective agreements. Your statutory rights always remain applicable.
Your product will be delivered using the method and within the timeframe stated at the time of purchase, for example through a download link, email or account access.
Relevant requirements are described on the product page, including any necessary software, file formats and additional licences or subscriptions. Please check that the product meets your needs before purchasing.
If you purchase as a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have 14 days from the conclusion of the contract to withdraw without giving a reason.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, this right ends when delivery begins, but only if:
Accepting our general terms and conditions alone is not sufficient for this purpose.
If these conditions have not been met, your statutory withdrawal right remains available to the extent required by law. If legally required information has not been provided, the withdrawal period may be extended.
To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision within the applicable period to legal@koatagency.com. You may also use the available model withdrawal form, but you are not required to do so.
Due to the digital nature of our products, KOAT Agency does not accept voluntary returns or exchanges of digital purchases. Digital files cannot be physically returned.
Once your statutory right of withdrawal has validly ended, purchases are final for change-of-mind purposes. We do not offer voluntary refunds or exchanges solely because:

Please contact us if a file is corrupted, components are missing, the wrong product has been supplied or the product does not match what was agreed.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide a correction, a working file or another suitable remedy free of charge. This will be done within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
If the issue cannot be resolved, is not resolved within a reasonable time or persists, applicable law may entitle you to a price reduction or termination of the contract and a refund. In certain circumstances, such as a serious defect, these rights may arise immediately.
If your product has not been delivered, you may ask us to supply it. If delivery still does not take place, you may terminate the contract to the extent permitted by law. An additional delivery period is not always required, for example where we refuse delivery or an agreed delivery date was essential.
We will also provide necessary updates where required by law or expressly agreed.
If you have been charged twice for the same order because of a technical error, please send us the payment details. Once verified, we will refund the amount collected in error.

For a valid withdrawal, we will issue your refund no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice.
For a statutory price reduction or termination due to a defect, we will refund you without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. For digital content covered by EU consumer rules, this is no later than 14 days after we are informed that you are exercising that right.
Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree to another method. We do not charge refund processing fees.
Following full termination of the contract, your right to use the relevant product ends. You must stop using and sharing it and delete any copies to the extent required by applicable law.
The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in the course of a trade, business or profession. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we do not offer cancellation, voluntary returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind after delivery for business purchases.
Agreements concerning delivery, functionality and remedies remain applicable. This policy does not exclude statutory or contractual rights arising from a failure to fulfil our obligations.
