In samenwerking met eCom Profits verzorgde ik het websiteontwerp voor Factuurverwerker. Als Creative Director bij eCom Profits vertaalde ik het product naar een duidelijke online presentatie voor ondernemers en administratiekantoren.

Een digitale presentatie voor Factuurverwerker

Factuurverwerker helpt ondernemers inkomende facturen uit verschillende bronnen te verzamelen en klaar te zetten voor de boekhouder. Op de pagina over factuursoftware wordt uitgelegd hoe het product dit proces ondersteunt.

Dit is een klantproject van eCom Profits. In opdracht van eCom Profits verzorgde ik het websiteontwerp voor Factuurverwerker. De projectvermelding staat ook tussen de websites die eCom Profits heeft gerealiseerd.

Factuurverwerker is een project van eCom Profits, een bureau voor online marketing en AI-oplossingen. Als Creative Director binnen eCom Profits verzorgde ik, Ravi Keijzer, het websiteontwerp voor dit project in opdracht van eCom Profits.

De ontwerpaanpak

Van administratieve uitdaging naar een begrijpelijke oplossing

Facturen kunnen binnenkomen via e-mail, leveranciersportals, WhatsApp en verschillende apps. De website benoemt die herkenbare situatie en laat vervolgens zien hoe Factuurverwerker facturen automatisch verzamelt. Bezoekers kunnen meer lezen over de administratieve uitdaging en de oplossing van Factuurverwerker.

Voor het ontwerp is die inhoudelijke volgorde belangrijk: bezoekers kunnen eerst de situatie herkennen, daarna de werking begrijpen en vervolgens bekijken of de software bij hun organisatie past. Dat sluit aan op de webdesignaanpak van eCom Profits, waarin de website wordt ingericht rond de doelen van het bedrijf en de bezoeker.

De website legt uit hoe facturen automatisch worden herkend en verzameld, hoe ze kunnen worden klaargezet voor de boekhouder en hoe de software structuur geeft aan de administratie. Bezoekers kunnen de doelgroepen van Factuurverwerker bekijken, waaronder zzp’ers, mkb-bedrijven en administratiekantoren.
